Wimbledon Cufflink company is a leading manufacturer of cufflinks in the UK and we have a huge choice of different patterns and designs in both gold and silver. We cater for a wide range of tastes and include a lot of cufflinks which depict a certain country through the use of symbols and designs which are forever connected to that country.
For example, close to home we have the English Oak, the English Rose, the English Lion, the Scottish Thistle, the Scottish Lion, and so on. Then in the Irish cufflinks, we have the Shamrock in white and gold on deep blue background. The Shamrock was first mentioned in early Celtic literature, and later by Edmund Campion in the Elizabethan era. St Patrick used the shamrock as a metaphor for the Holy Trinity, and it has been a symbol of Ireland since the 18th century.
We haven’t forgotten Wales, either, with our Welsh Dragon. The Dragon was used on his flag by Owen Glyndwr when he fought against the English at Caernarfon Castle.
We have cufflinks for many other nations too, such as the Canadian Maple Leaf, and several for the USA. There is the Washington cufflink depicting the head of the great man, who led his forces to victory in the War of Independence: he is an everlasting symbol of the unity of the freedom of the country. There is also the American Eagle which is shown as the bird in full flight in silver on a dark blue background and is also depicted as the Bald Eagle’s Head in a similar style.
Then there is the head of Liberty, as shown on the Statue of Liberty, the American Star, and for football fans, we also have the symbol of the NFL in red, white, and blue on gold. That really does make a statement.
We also offer animal cufflinks such as the British Bulldog in silver on a bright blue background and the Golden Lion showing the head of the beast in gold on a light blue.
There are many more different styles of cufflinks, and we can also make bespoke cufflinks in any design of your choice.
