Cufflinks come in a huge choice of different designs, patterns, and materials, and they have different ways of fixing too. One of the advantages of buying cufflinks is that once you have got them, in most cases they will last for life. What that means is that every time you buy a pair of cufflinks you are increasing your collection, so very soon you will have many choices of what to wear on any given occasion.
OK, there are some materials, such as the silk knot cufflinks which certainly won’t last forever. Bur you can buy a pair for around a fiver, so that’s not exactly a disaster. However, you can also find cufflinks in stainless steel and metal alloy. In addition, cufflinks are available made from sterling silver, gold, bronze, copper, titanium, and even platinum, so there is something for everyone.
Here at Wimbledon Cufflink company, we make cufflinks in gold and silver, and in a large choice of different designs. Many of our cufflinks are in the Heritage Collection and cover all four countries of the UK, America, France, Spain, and we even produce Roman Heritage cufflinks such as the SPQR cufflinks, SPQR standing for Senatus Populesque Romanus. Translated from the Latin, it means “The Senate and People of Rome”.
British Heritage Cufflinks
Our British Heritage cufflinks range has very many choices. For instance, one very popular pair is the English Oak which celebrates the tree in which King Charles II hid from the Roundheads after the Battle of Worcester in 1651. Then there is the English Rose which was also known as the Tudor Rose and dates back to the time of Henry VIII. It has been adopted by the English National Rugby Team, so if rugby is your “thing” then this is the perfect pair of cufflinks for you.
Then we also have the Scottish Lion, the Shamrock, and for the Welsh, as you might guess, the Welsh Dragon in gold and red. There are many more in the Heritage range too.
But we are not restricted to Heritage cufflinks. One of our recent designs is the Lovebird Cufflinks which are the perfect gift for the man in your life. Or if you are a serving police officer, we have The Thin Blue Line Police Cufflinks.
Police officers around the world often risk their lives in order to keep the peace, and The Thin Blue Line Police Cufflinks celebrate and honour those men and women.
